Dr. Heather Miller O.D., F.A.A.O., Diplomate ABO

Dr. Heather Miller has a distinguished educational and professional record in optometry. She completed an Ocular Disease/Primary Care Residency from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, which is also where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry. While there, she was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Honors Society. Her undergraduate degree is from The Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated early with Dean’s List honors.

 

In addition, Dr. Miller is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. She has published several papers that can be found in optometric journals and online. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the Bucks Montgomery Optometric Society. Outside of Bright Eyes Vision, Dr. Heather Miller treats emergency eye trauma and teaches future doctors at The Eye Institute of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

 

In her spare time, Dr. Heather is an avid sports fan, most notably football. She enjoys exercising and outdoor activity, playing with her dogs, and traveling to interesting destinations near and far.

In light of the recommendations from the CDC regarding COVID-19, along with our responsibility to our patients and community as a whole, Bright Eyes Vision will be closed for all routine care.

We want to reaffirm our commitment to remaining available for all urgent eye issues and contact lens refills with a prescription for new and current patients. Should you or a family member have an urgent eye issue please call our office at 267-485-1414 or email us at info@brighteyes2020.com.

We plan to reopen on May 4th, but please understand that this is a changing situation. Therefore we will revisit this decision as we get closer.
